Terms of sale and use
Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The amount of money shown on the vouchers cannot be spread over several periods or bookings, but must be spent in full in one lump sum or as part payment for a stay of a higher value.
If the total value of a stay exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference will be paid directly.
The Beneficiary is entitled to use the Gift Card within the period of validity indicated on the voucher and subject to booking made directly by email to info@kiravacanze.it.
The voucher will not be valid for bookings made through travel agencies or other online retailers.
This voucher has an identification number and can only be used once. The reference number must be quoted at the time of booking and presented on arrival at the agency.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and does not entitle the holder to a refund of the full amount or any unused balance. If a Gift Card is only partially used, the remaining balance will be considered void.
We recommend that you make your reservation well in advance !!!!
At check-in, please inform one of our receptionists that you would like to use a Gift Card. The Gift Card can be redeemed by presenting a printout of the email along with an official form of identification at the front desk.
